Perimenopause is real, and it's different for every woman. Hazel Health helps you understand what's happening in your body — and find the care you deserve.
The Reality
Perimenopause isn't a pregnancy you're tracking. It's months — sometimes years — of irregular cycles, night sweats, brain fog, and a medical system that keeps telling you your labs are "normal."
The apps designed for younger women ignore the chaos phase. Hazel Health syncs with your Apple Watch or fitness device, shows you what's actually happening, and helps you walk into your next appointment with evidence.
What Hazel Health Does
Every morning, Hazel gives you a specific, evidence-based explanation of what perimenopause is doing to your body today — based on your cycle, your sleep, and your logged symptoms. Not generic. Not guesswork.
One food suggestion, one movement suggestion, every day. Calibrated to your cycle phase and how you logged feeling. Not Pinterest wellness advice — guidance tuned to your body this week.
Hazel's doctor finder understands MSCP credentials and insurance barriers. We help you find a specialist who actually knows perimenopause — not a generalist who'll tell you it's stress.
The Believe Me Report
Hazel Health generates a clinician-ready summary — your symptoms, your patterns, your biometric data — formatted for a doctor's visit. No more trying to remember everything at the desk. No more being dismissed.
What You'll Need
To get the full experience, you'll need a modern iPhone with Apple Intelligence enabled and a device syncing to Apple Health. Here's what works.
Hazel Health runs its daily card on Apple Intelligence — the on-device AI that keeps your health data private. This requires a newer iPhone.
Apple Intelligence must be enabled in Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri, with English (US) selected as the language.
Hazel reads HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep data from Apple Health. The more data your device provides, the sharper your daily card gets.
Apple Watch is strongly recommended for the most accurate overnight HRV and heart rate data.
Hazel reads from Apple Health — it never writes health data or sends it to a server. You choose exactly what it can see during setup.
You can use Hazel without a wearable using iPhone's built-in sensors, but wearable data makes a significant difference.
Privacy
Hazel Health processes everything on-device. Your cycle, your sleep, your intimate health data — none of it goes to a server. Not now, not ever.
